Congratulations to Junior RB Gabe Watson (University of Sioux Falls) on winning the 2018 NCAA Division 2 rushing title!  This one is special for me because I had the opportunity to coach Gabe at Piedmont HS (Bay Area) in both football and track & field during his junior and senior seasons as an assistant.
“Gabe Watson just finished the most productive season of any University of Sioux Falls running back,” said USF Coach Jon Anderson. “Through all the individual accolades, he has always credited his teammates for their role in his success.  He excels in the classroom, on the field, and is a leader in our locker room.  His humbleness endears him to all who come in contact and we are exceptionally proud of Gabe.”
We wish Gabe continued success throughout his career and we are proud of the Bay Area native.
