Quarterbacks from NorCal HS teams dominated the Junior College circuit during the 2018 season.  It’s awesome to see this group of QB’s continuing to lead their teams at the next level.  This group was led by Del Oro HS graduate Stone Smartt of Riverside JC who was named Southern California Football Association Player of the Year and California State Offensive Player of the Year.
