5’11, 215 Junior RB Dusty Frampton (St. Mary’s of Stockton – SJS) – The explosive running back used his stacked offensive line to start his junior campaign off strong with 22 Carries for 278 Yards and 6 TD’s in a win vs. Serra (CCS)
5’11, 185 Senior ATH Andrew Meredith (Piedmont – NCS) – The 3 year two-way starter and return specialist put on a show at home racking up 302 Total Yards and 5 TD’s on 6 Touches. Meredith scored 4 receiving TD’s and returned a KO for a score.
6’0, 180 Senior ATH Isaiah Randle (Monte Vista – NCS) – Randle caught 5 passes for 128 yards and 3 TD’s as he shined in his debut with the Mustangs.
5’8, 190 Senior RB Montaz Thompson (Pittsburg – NCS) – One of the top RB’s in NorCal enjoyed a strong 2nd half while totaling 307 rushing yards on 28 carries with 3 TD’s.
6-2, 185 Senior ATH Drake Stallworth (Folsom – SJS) – The D1 bound Stallworth showed off his speed by catching 10 balls for 246 yards and 4 TD’s.
Elk Grove Defense (SJS) – The stingy Elk Grove defense led by Seniors Jake Belleci, Dylan Eldred and Damario McClean held a strong Inderkum team to 6 points while recording 6 sacks and holding them to less than 20 yards rushing.
6-1, 180 Senior QB Joe Curry (Folsom – SJS) – In his debut as the starter, Curry put on a performance that will be tough to top this season. Against a national power Coeur d’Alene (ID) Curry went 33-45 for 551 yards and 6 TD’s. The most impressive part of his performance is that he completed passes to 9 different receivers.
